ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Grzegorz ‘Gregor’ Sobczak – born in the second half of the twentieth century. Graphic artist, cartoonist, caricaturist, illustrator. Member of the Association of Polish Cartoonists (SPAK, Stowarzyszenie Polskich Artystów Karykatury). Author of hundreds of press, album and book publications. Mastermind behind numerous commercial projects. Presented works at various exhibitions all over the world. Won prizes and special mentions at graphic and cartoon competitions in Poland, Slovenia, China and Korea.
As a graphic artist / illustrator, he routinely uses both traditional techniques (pencil, ink, ecoline, pastel, etc.) and digital drawing and painting techniques, using a graphics tablet and computer. Often, the most interesting effects come from combining traditional and digital techniques, what the author readily incorporates in his work, never shying away from constantly seeking new solutions to graphic challenges.
